ALMOND CROISSANT

(LEAD TIME: 1 DAY) Buttery, nutty, crispy, flaky. A Classic croissant filled with ground almond, and vanilla crème patisserie, with flaked almonds & a dusting of icing sugar. We use premium New Zealand butter for all our croissants.

Ingredient: Flour, Milk, Water, Butter, Sugar, Sea Salt, Fresh Yeast, Eggs, Ground Almond, Vanilla Crème Patisserie, and Callebaut Chocolat

Allergens: Contains gluten, dairy products, and tree nuts.

Storage: Eat fresh on the day or freeze for future consumption. To reheat, take out of the freezer and straight into a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 5-7 minutes
